We are based in Belgium and sell mainly to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia. Our products are printed on demand and shipped directly to you by our production partners.

Defective, damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:

Your order number

A description of the problem

Clear photos of the item and the defect
Once we verify the issue, we will:

Offer you a free replacement of the same item, or
-
Offer you a refund, according to your preference.
In these cases you usually do not need to return the item to us.
Personalized items
Some of our products are personalized (for example with names, custom text or other custom choices). These items are made especially for you.
Because of this, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

The item arrives damaged,
-
The item is misprinted or defective, or
-
You received the wrong item.
In those situations, the rules in section 2 (“Defective, damaged or wrong items”) apply.
Non‑personalized items – right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)
For non‑personalized items, customers in the European Union / EEA have a legal right of withdrawal for online purchases.
This means:

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days after the day you (or a person you designate) receive the item.

To exercise this right, you must inform us clearly (for example by email) within this 14‑day period.
If you use your right of withdrawal for a non‑personalized item:

You must send the item back to us within 14 days after you tell us you want to cancel.

The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless we have agreed otherwise.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund:

The purchase price of the item, and

For EU/EEA customers, the original standard shipping costs (if charged), in accordance with applicable law.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the receipt, as you are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us.
Items that cannot be returned
The following items cannot be returned, except in case of defect or damage:

Personalized or custom‑made items

Gift cards or vouchers
Refund method and timing
If a refund is approved, we will refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we have explicitly agreed another method.
We aim to process refunds within 14 days after:

We receive the returned item, or

For defective/damaged items where no return is needed, after we confirm the issue.
Customers outside the EU/EEA
For customers outside the EU/EEA (for example the US, Canada, UK, Australia), our voluntary return and refund rules are:

Defective, damaged or wrong items: handled as in section 2.

For non‑personalized items without defect: you may contact us within 14 days of delivery; returns and refunds are handled at our discretion and return shipping is at your expense, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Local customs duties, taxes or handling fees paid on import are generally not refundable by us; you may need to contact your customs office or carrier regarding those charges.
